Visit the NACH satellite office to receive referrals and assistance with social services. Located on the 2nd Floor. Questions? Call 256-261-3029. 

Services offered through NACH:

  • Evaluation and addition to the housing list
  • Continuum ID (Homeless ID) creation with proper referral paperwork from a local shelter
  • Assistance with applying for copies of birth certificate, social security card, or voter ID
  • Referrals to other agencies for services not offered through NACH
  • Appointments REQUIRED for assistance with ERAP
  • Winter necessities such as blankets, scarves, gloves, and hats
  • Toiletries items as needed
  • Snack packs if available
