Explore the world from the Downtown Huntsville Library with our International Film Series. Each month we will be highlighting a new country with a film from our international media collection.
This month we are showing Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons. Released in 2013, Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons tells the story of Tang Sanzang, an aspiring Buddhist hero who tries to protect a village from three demons. He develops complex feeling for Miss Duan, the demon hunter who repeatedly helps him, and finally quests to meet the legendary Monkey King.
