Quilt Exhibition Kickoff Event- Meet the Artist

Come and meet Tiavalya Befecadu, the artist who created the Alabama Authors quilt, which was recently purchased by the Historic Huntsville Foundation. Hear how Tiavalya became interested in quilting and the inspiration that led to the creation of her quilt that will be traveling to multiple Huntsville Madison County Public Libraries during the months of February and March.

After the presentation, attendees will have a chance to design a quilt square of their own to be used as a community art display for the North Huntsville Library.
