Spice Up Your Life

Spice up your life with delicious flavors from around the world, and explore new recipes with spices that you love.  Each attendee will leave with a sample of the month's spice and a couple of recipes to try at home.  This month we explore berbere.  Berbere is a spice mixture used in Ethiopia and Eritrea.  Traditionally used to season the various lentil stews called "wats", it can also be used as a rub on chicken and lamb.
