Teens ages 12 - 18 can join us in the Children's Classroom each week for a craft workshop.

This week: Blackout Poetry

Blackout poetry is a form of upcycled art that uses a page from an old book. Teens will choose words on the page that form a poem when read together and use a sharpie to blackout the rest. Some may even choose to create a negative space image on the page also. No prior experience required; all crafts can be taught to any skill level.
