Master Gardener Fall Series: How to Compost and Different Methods of Composting

Why should you compost?  Food scraps and yard waste make up a large amount of the waste in our garbage bins. Making compost keeps these materials out of landfills and helps enrich your garden soil.  Jim Mullen, Master Gardener of North Alabama, will discuss the various types of composting and share tips on how to be successful in your garden.
