Sandhill Crane Migration

In this 60 minute program, students will first learn how wetland loss affects Sandhill Crane populations, how they can protect wetlands in their neighborhood for cranes, and the challenges all cranes face on migration in an interactive game. In addition, students will then learn about the function and importance of wetlands using household props as metaphors for wetland functions.
