Explore the books that have made the jump from print to the big and small screen.  This month we are reading The Electric State by Simon Stålenhag.

Set in an alternate technologically ravaged 1990s, it follows a teenage girl and her robot on a journey to the west coast of the United States in search of her long-lost brother.  The book is told through a series of paragraphs, linked to large artworks.

A film adaptation directed by the Russo Brothers and starring Millie Bobby Brown and Chris Pratt has been recently released on Netflix.
