A Writer's group for teens age 12-17 focusing on worldbuilding. We will meet every Thursday during Summer Reading (May 29 - July 17) in the kids classroom at the back of the children's section.
No supplies necessary beyond your imagination. If you prefer to type, you are welcome to bring a laptop. This summer we will be focusing on worldbuilding with stations each week to work on either mapmaking or writing the background for a specific aspect of your world (culture, magic system, etc). Depending on our group, we may add a critique portion toward the end of summer for writing feedback.
