When Hodaka, a runaway boy with a troubled home life meets Hina, an orphan girl his age who lives alone with her younger brother, he is astounded to learn that she is a “Sunshine Girl”--a mythical maiden who can clear the skies with a prayer. However, there is a dark side to her power, and the increasing rainfall and the relentless pursuit of the police threaten any hope they might have of a happy future together.
The Auditorium opens at 6:00 p.m. and the movie begins at 6:30 p.m. Food and drink are allowed in the auditorium during the film. We will be watching the English dub of this film.
