We will learn about Black heroes and leaders in the United States through a variety of non-fiction books and then create our own hero stories to honor past or future black heroes.
We will celebrate Black heroes and leaders while exploring and learning about the elements of non-fiction books. We will then create our own hero stories by using pictures and writing.
