Tiavalya is an award-winning, self-taught Textile Artist and local resident whose work has been exhibited in local and national museums.  Her "Alabama Artists" quilt was recently displayed at Huntsville-Madison Public Library branches. Tiavalya is a third generation sewing enthusiast and is continuing her family's tradition of quilt making. She will share her inspiration and and quilts with you at this program.  Attendees are invited to stay and create quilt-themed cards after Tiavalya's presentation.  Area quilting groups and quilt makers are invited to bring a quilt to share.

Contact Carolyn for questions at creagle@hmcpl.org.
