Join host David Lilly as he brings a year of Forgotten Classics to the Downtown Huntsville Public Library.
Beat the heat with The Straight Story (1999). This film is rated G. Alvin Straight, a 73-year-old, learns that his estranged brother, Lyle is critically ill. Unable to drive, Alvin embarks on a journey from Iowa to Mt. Zion, by riding a lawn mower. Will he succeed? Directed by David Lynch and starring Sissy Spacek this film has slipped into obscurity.
