Based on a real late 19th century Chinese folk hero, a kindly doctor dons a mask at night to become a vigilante in the mold of Robin Hood and Zorro, using marital arts to rob the rich and give to the poor.
Kung Fu Hustle: An International Film Series
This series explores kung fu cinema during the decades bridging the last century and our current one, alternating between the comic (Jackie Chan, Stephen Chow) and the serious (Donnie Yen, Jet Li).
