Don't miss this chance to learn about local history in North Alabama.  Sonnie Hereford, IV, will share a history of Huntsville's civil rights movement as seen through the eyes of his father, Sonnie Hereford, III, a medical doctor from Huntsville, Alabama.  Sonnie will include a video that captures the societal obstacles faced by Black Americans in Huntsville and their strategies and actions to overcome them in his presentation.  Come a little early for a meet and greet with the Madison History Association.

This program is in Auditorium #1.
