Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986)
In the 23rd century, a space probe appears over the Earth emanating strange sounds and threatening to destroy the planet. Admiral Kirk and his crew answer the call and travel back to 1986 to locate the only creatures who can communicate with the probe, humpback whales. Of all the big screen Star Trek movies, Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home is among the very best. Catherine Hicks joins original cast members William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, DeForest Kelley, James Doohan, Geoge Takei, Walter Koeing and Nichelle Nichols. It is rated PG.
